Aunt Janice and Uncle Ivan live on the same street as this project. Receiving their approval is a valued milestone for my career. This 33-unit apartment with indoor parking is located directly across from Concordia College’s Jake Christiansen Football Stadium and Eventide Senior Living in my hometown of Moorhead, MN.
